Ancaire: Gaelic for Anchor - representing stability, safety, steadfastness and hope.

Ancaire was established in 2025 as an independent consultancy providing grounding space, support and delivery services to people-facing organisations. We provide facilitation, reflective practice, listening and strategy services to various agencies across the island of Ireland. Our work is founded on the values of Trust, Regard, Creativity, Innovation, Challenge and Togetherness.

As an independent consultancy, our associates work alongside various Voluntary, Community, Social Enterprise and Statutory organisations providing:

• Independent facilitation and rapporteur services

• Reflective listening, writing and practice services

• Social Licence and Community Engagement services

• Strategic thinking and planning support

• Programme and project development and delivery services

Ancaire was founded by David Price who has worked within the community and voluntary sector for over 25 years gaining experience in peacebuilding, community relations, youth, community development, education, heritage and arts sector organisations.
